TatvaPatch Return & Refund Policy 📦

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return:

* The product must be unused
* Must be in original packaging
* Proof of purchase is required

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

* Used items
* Opened personal care products
* Products damaged due to misuse

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.

REFUND PROCESS

* Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
* Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

CANCELLATIONS

* Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
* Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

RETURN SHIPPING

* If the product is defective, return shipping will be covered by us
* In other cases, the customer may need to bear return shipping charges
